enprobe has been founded as a spin-off company of the Institute of High Frequency Engineering at the Berlin University of Technology.

There research on E-field measurements and novel probe types has a long tradition:
While the start in the 1990s was with a medical application, later the focus got on classical electrical engineering applications: antennas, EMC, and field measurement in general.

Based on many years of experience of the three scientists a company was founded with the objective of converting research results into products available for the general use.
